International Sales and Export Manager

LLC "Palati" was founded in 2022. The company's high-tech production responds to engineering requirements of any complexity in the construction and furniture production sectors. Palati's partners include successful companies from America and Europe, and exports are carried out with international certification and quality control. The company's main driving force is the combined effort of around 400 professionals and shared values.

The company "Palati" is looking for a new team member for the position of International Sales and Export Manager.

Main functions and responsibilities:

Maintaining and strengthening communication with the company's existing international clients, studying their needs and requirements; Researching international markets, identifying new markets and customer segments; Communicating with foreign (potential and existing) clients, conducting commercial negotiations and preparing/concluding contracts; Preparing price policies and commercial offers considering market conditions and the competitive environment; Presenting the company's products, preparing individual and standard commercial offers; Planning, controlling, and coordinating orders with logistics companies to ensure delivery deadlines; Preparing export documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other attached documentation); Preparing sales reports and presenting them regularly to management; Promptly reviewing and resolving complaints that arise during client relations, in agreement with the direct supervisor;

Qualification requirements:

Higher education, preferably in Business Administration/Management; At least 2 years of experience in a similar position (preferably in the production sector); Knowledge of Russian and English languages at B2 level; Computer literacy in office programs (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Personal skills:

Strong negotiation and communication skills; Result-orientedness and initiative; Ability to adapt to an international business environment; Attention to detail, especially when working with export documentation.
