Sales Call Center Operator - Armenian Speaking

Marketing company "Infinity Solutions" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Sales Call Center Operator (Armenian speaking).

Main responsibilities:

** Making active outgoing calls to potential clients

** Correctly identifying the customer's needs and presenting an appropriate offer

** Recording interested customers' data in the CRM system

** Repeated communication with customers and receiving feedback

** Scheduling meetings

** Working on achieving a specific sales plan and results

** Fulfilling daily tasks defined by the supervisor

Qualification requirements:

** Experience in the sales field is required

** Experience working in a call center, telephone sales, or cold calling will be considered a significant advantage

** Ability to communicate effectively with customers and conduct negotiations

** Orientation towards sales and achieving specific results

** Ability to handle rejection and objections correctly

** High sense of responsibility, discipline, and organization

** Ability to work in a team

Working conditions and compensation:

** Workplace - Tbilisi, Vake, Mikhail Tamarashvili Street N 11a

** Work format - onsite

** Working days - from Monday to Friday

** Working hours - from 10:00 to 19:00

** Fixed salary - 1,000 GEL

** Additional compensation - result-based bonuses

The call center operator will receive an additional 5% bonus for each successful sale that they initiated, and as a result of which the potential client starts cooperation with the company.
