Financial Analyst

Construction company "Construction Service" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Financial Analyst.

Work location: Rustavi

Work schedule: Full-time

Main duties and responsibilities:

** Periodic analysis of the company's financial indicators and results;

** Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports;

** Comparison of planned and actual results and analysis of deviations;

** Analysis of construction project costs and profitability;

** Monitoring and control of project budget execution;

** Analysis of operating expenses and cash flow;

** Participation in the preparation of the annual budget and control of its execution;

** Preparation of financial models and forecasts;

** Monitoring of key financial indicators;

** Presentation of financial results and analysis to management.

Qualification requirements:

** Higher education in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field;

** At least 1 year of experience working as a financial analyst, financial planning and analysis, financial control, or a similar position;

** Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (practical experience in using financial functions)

** Knowledge of financial statements and key financial indicators;

** Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis fundamentals;

** Experience in financial modeling will be considered an advantage.
