Small Business Banker - Marneuli

Bank of Georgia's Small Business Sales Department is announcing a vacancy for a Small Business Banker position in Marneuli.

If employed in this position, you will have the opportunity to:

• Plan and conduct client visits, introduce existing business credit products and services;

• Identify client needs, offer relevant credit products, and present their advantages;

• Study and analyze clients' business activities and financial situations;

• Prepare credit applications and submit them to the committee;

• Maintain constant communication with clients and provide consultations when needed.

We value your qualifications:

Education: University degree, preferably in Finance, Banking, Economics, or Business Administration.

Work experience: At least 1 year of experience in business lending.

Required knowledge and skills: - Language skills: fluent in Georgian, proficiency in English and Russian (conversational) is a plus;

• Well-developed negotiation and sales skills;

• High level of responsibility and work motivation;

• Organizational skills, planning, goal-setting, and time management;

• Logical and analytical thinking;

• Proficiency in office computer programs;

• Service skills - politeness, kindness, and willingness to help;
