"OL-P Group" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Construction Project Manager.

Work location: Tbilisi;

Main responsibilities:

Project supervision; Conducting negotiations with parties involved in the project; Planning and managing project budget and timeline; Ensuring project quality; Planning and controlling project financial, technical, and human resources; Controlling planning and execution of construction works; Conducting negotiations with parties involved in the project; Verifying plans, drawings, and quantities; Managing, monitoring, and controlling engineering documents provided by the customer and architect; Interaction with local government bodies; Ensuring compliance with current legislation; Controlling project risks; Producing weekly reports; Attending regular meetings and managing subordinate personnel (if necessary, finding the required personnel for the project); Leading the project team and motivating them.

Requirements:

Higher education in construction, engineering, or a similar field; At least 3 years of experience in a similar position; Knowledge of programs (MS Office, MS Project, Archicad, Autocad); Mandatory English language skills; Russian language skills are desirable.

Working conditions:
