Main responsibilities:
Performs operational control, maintenance, and repair services of heating, water supply, and sewage systems, drainage systems, sanitary-technological and ventilation devices, valves, and pipelines. Conducts seasonal cleaning of fuel storage tanks. Actively participates in the repair, installation, adjustment, and testing of various systems to ensure their proper functioning. Participates in welding and gas welding works, repair of production and non-production facilities. Prepares forecasts for repair works and necessary spare parts and tools. Participates in developing measures to improve reliability, functionality, and quality of central heating, water supply, sewage, and drainage systems. Informs the manager about all malfunctions, accidents, and remarks detected in the operation of devices and networks.
Candidate profile:
Professional education in a technical field. 2+ years of work experience in a similar position. Basic knowledge of plumbing devices, water supply, sewage, and heating systems. Experience in installing and dismantling shelving structures, knowledge of lifting mechanisms, and work experience. Knowledge of labor and technical safety, fire safety, and production sanitary norms. Responsibility, integrity.
