Project Manager

"Artvin Georgia" is announcing a vacancy for a Project Manager in a construction company

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project processes (material compliance, project alignment, and preparation of various acts);
• Conduct negotiations with parties involved in the project;
• Plan and manage project budget and timeline;
• Ensure project quality;
• Plan, control, and manage project financial, technical, and human resources;
• Assess and prevent construction risks;
• Control planning and execution of construction works;
• Verify volumes of project documentation (architecture, construction, engineering);
• Manage, monitor, and make changes to project documentation (architecture, construction, engineering) as needed;
• Interact with local government bodies;
• Prepare daily reports on project progress;
• Organize regular meetings and manage subordinate personnel (if necessary, find required personnel for the project);
• Ensure project labor safety standards;
• Lead and motivate the project team.

Qualification Requirements:

• Higher education in construction, engineering, or a similar field;
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position;
• Knowledge of programs (MS Office, MS Project, Archicad, Autocad);
• English and Russian language skills at a communicative level are desirable.
