Requirements: - Higher education; - Experience in a similar position in the automotive industry is desirable; - Knowledge of English will be considered an advantage; - MS Office skills; - Driver's license - category B;
Main duties: - Knowledge of the characteristics of the vehicles presented in the showroom; - Management of the customer service process in accordance with the standards established in the company; - Responding to incoming calls and providing maximum information to the customer, both about the vehicles for sale and the existing services and current promotions; - Full management of the sales process: identifying customer needs and selecting-offering a suitable vehicle, planning a test drive, arranging the relevant documentation in case of realization, informing the customer about warranty conditions, and transferring the vehicle to the customer in proper condition; - Constant care for the growth of vehicle sales through the search for potential customers and effective communication with them; - Knowledge of certain information about competing companies in the market: value, characteristics, comparative analysis of weaknesses and strengths; - Participation in the acceptance of vehicles (visual inspection, planning of storage/parking); - Participation in the determination/planning/selection of relevant vehicles; - Participation in various types of qualification-improving trainings;
