m² announces a vacancy for the position of Contact Center Operator.

Main responsibilities:

** Handling incoming and outgoing calls;

** Redirecting calls within the company to different units;

** Receiving requests through the company's online channels;

** Primary customer information;

Qualification knowledge and skills:

** At least 1 year of experience working in a contact center;

** Ability to effectively manage time;

** Ability to share team responsibility and provide support;

** Knowledge of English is desirable;
