About the company:

"ONEX" is an international transportation company that has been successfully operating in the international market since 2015. The company officially opened in Georgia on May 5, 2023, at the address: A. Kazbegi Avenue №19b.

"ONEX" is looking for a proactive, responsible, organized, and service-oriented IT Support Specialist who will ensure the daily technical support of employees, the smooth operation of IT infrastructure, and the effective management of the company's technological resources. The person employed in this position will be the first point of contact for employees regarding IT issues and will work to ensure the smooth operation of technical infrastructure in both offices and warehouses.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, 40 hours a week

Remuneration: 2150 GEL + bonus.

Main responsibilities:

Ensuring the first-line technical support for office and warehouse employees, including timely resolution of problems related to hardware, software, printers, scanners, internet connection, and other IT issues; Ensuring and administering the smooth operation of local area network (LAN) and Wi-Fi infrastructure at all company locations; Coordinating the installation, relocation, replacement, and configuration of IT equipment between offices; Collaborating with the central IT team to resolve complex technical problems and support systemic projects; Producing and updating inventory of IT equipment, peripheral devices, spare parts, and other technical assets; Providing on-site technical support at all ONEX offices and warehouses; Ensuring the configuration of workstations and IT equipment in accordance with company standards and information security requirements; Documenting support processes, recurring problems, and technical solutions implemented.

Qualification requirements:

Experience working in IT support, Help Desk, or similar technical positions; Good knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems; Practical experience in using Microsoft 365 and office applications; Knowledge of basic network technologies (LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches); Practical experience in installing, configuring, relocating, and maintaining IT equipment; Willingness to travel between company offices and warehouses; Ability to analyze problems and find effective solutions; Customer-oriented approach and desire to provide high-quality service; Strong communication and teamwork skills; Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
