Krtsanisi Resort Residence is the first resort-type settlement in Tbilisi, located in a historical, diplomatic district, and spread over 20 hectares in an ecologically friendly environment.

Main Responsibilities: - Planning, supervision, and quality control of MEP works in construction projects. - Coordination of the installation, operation, and maintenance of engineering systems (electricity, water supply, sewage, ventilation, heating/cooling) of the residential complex. - Analysis of engineering network projects, drawings, and technical documentation and ensuring compliance. - Control of deadlines and budget of performed works. - Coordination with construction, technical, and repair teams, contractors, and suppliers. - Timely identification of technical faults and organization of the elimination process. - Control of inventory, materials, and equipment consumption. - Supervision of safety standards and norms compliance. - Preparation of periodic reports for management. - Participation in the selection of the design team (company); - Supervision of engineering systems design; - Preparation of tender documentation; - Compilation of optimal technical tasks; - Selection of necessary units and other required equipment for engineering systems

Qualification Requirements: - Higher education in engineering, electrical, mechanical, or related fields. - At least 3-5 years of work experience: MEP manager, senior engineer, or similar position. - In-depth knowledge of standards for installation and operation of engineering systems. - Project management skills and ability to read technical documentation. - Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office programs. - Detail-oriented, organized, and leadership skills. - Knowledge of English or Russian will be considered an advantage.
