Main responsibilities:

** Preparing and uploading invoices for advance payments to RS.GE based on the contract with the client;

** Uploading internal shipping invoices to the revenue service portal and corresponding posting in the system;

** Controlling advance payments based on information received from the Chief Accountant and uploading invoices, including tax documents, to the revenue service portal;

** Performing and verifying transactions related to sales;

** Adding client information to the system;

** Monthly storage and archiving of primary documentation for accounting postings.

Qualification requirements:

** Higher education in finance or economics;

** Intermediate knowledge of Excel;

** At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;

** Knowledge of tax code and tax legislation;

** Knowledge of international accounting standards;

** Knowledge of accounting documentation production;

** Knowledge of accounting program principles;

** English language skills are desirable.

** Effective time management;

** Responsibility.

Work schedule: Full-time Workplace: Tbilisi Salary range: 1800-2000 GEL (take-home pay).
