Main functions and responsibilities:
Study and observation of existing standards and processes in service spaces (shops, reception points) and timely identification of the need for improvement; Planned and unplanned visits to service spaces, observation of service process, identification of problems and defects, assessment of spaces according to established standards; Study of international best practices and identification of possibilities for local implementation; Periodic observation and study of competitors' service quality standards and procedures; Development of new standards and implementation of changes in existing standards in coordination with structural units; Identification of infrastructure defects, preparation of projects for their correction and participation in their implementation; Generation of ideas for simplifying and developing services and improving technologies, presentation to relevant persons and involvement in the implementation process; Monthly monitoring of warehouses, price checking and control of POS materials during the promotional period; Signing of working documents during visits to branches (after checking cash registers).
Qualification requirements:
Higher education; 1-2 years of work experience in a similar field; MS Office knowledge.
