IT Business Analyst

"Boxette Group" is announcing a vacancy for the position of IT Business Analyst. We are an international logistics and parcel forwarding company with offices in Georgia, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan. We are looking for an analytical and result-oriented professional who will act as a bridge between the business and development teams.

Work location: Remotely or from the office in the center of Tbilisi; Schedule: Monday-Friday 10:00-19:00; Remuneration: To be determined after an interview.

Key responsibilities:

• Analysis, structuring, and prioritization of new tasks and business requirements;

• Conversion of requirements into technical tasks and clear formulation of tasks for the development team;

• Monitoring of task execution - communication with developers and product owners until the final result;

• Participation in testing of new functionality - identification, documentation, and transfer of errors to developers;

• Documentation of processes and functionality;

• Communication with our offices in Ukraine, Tbilisi, and Uzbekistan to clarify requirements and test for errors.

Requirements and skills:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position (Business Analyst / Systems Analyst / Product Analyst) in the IT field - mandatory;

• Ability to analyze tasks and formulate them as technical tasks;

• Observability and attention to detail;

• Ability to write clearly and structured documentation;

• Experience working with Jira and similar task-tracking systems;

• General knowledge of web and mobile applications;

• Analytical and systematic thinking;

• Language skills: Georgian and Russian - fluently (for communication with foreign offices); ** knowledge of English - will be considered an advantage;

• High responsibility, teamwork, and communication skills.

Preference will be given (not mandatory):

• Experience in software testing (QA);

• Experience working in logistics, e-commerce, or fintech;

• General understanding of APIs, databases, or integrations (SQL - plus);

• Higher education in technical or business fields.
