Main responsibilities:
Preparing lawsuits, claims, counterclaims, complaints, petitions, and other procedural documents; Submitting lawsuits to court and conducting the case; Representing the company in court proceedings; Controlling procedural deadlines and timely implementation of relevant actions; Preparing and representing appeals and cassation appeals in relevant instances, if necessary; Conducting negotiations related to court disputes and assessing settlement possibilities; Recording, monitoring, and reporting on the progress of court cases; Obtaining an enforceable sheet from the court for registration in the National Bureau of Enforcement; Representation in the National Bureau of Enforcement; Preparing legal documentation (guarantee letters, certificates, statements, settlements, etc.);
Qualification requirements:
Higher legal education; Practical experience in working in the field of court disputes; Experience in independently preparing lawsuits and other procedural documents; Experience in representing in court proceedings; Good knowledge of civil and administrative law; Knowledge of current Georgian legislation; Strong analytical and argumentation skills; High sense of responsibility and attention to detail; Effective communication and negotiation skills; Knowledge of office computer programs (MS Word; MS Excel).
