Pediatric Assistant

Clinic "Raymann" is announcing a vacancy for a Pediatric Assistant position.

Main functions and responsibilities: - Maintaining records in an internal program; - Monitoring patients' laboratory and diagnostic results as instructed by the doctor; - Creating electronic patient history and working on insurance programs as instructed by the doctor; - Maintaining medical documentation, including strict record-keeping documentation as instructed by the doctor; - Telephone communication with patients as instructed by the doctor; - Participating in patient examination and instrumental research as instructed by the doctor;

Qualification requirements: - A student in the final year of a medical faculty or a resident in family medicine; - Experience working in a similar position (will be considered an advantage)

Knowledge, skills: - Knowledge of English; - Basic knowledge of office programs; - Ability to work in a team and be collegial; - Time management; - Communication skills, punctuality, and organization; - Attention to detail, analytical thinking.

Working conditions: Work schedule: 40 working hours per week.

Selection stages: - Screening of received resumes; - Individual interview. - Testing
