Business Operator

The "Fine Tree Terminal" warehouse management company is announcing a vacancy for an Operator position.

Responsibilities:

• Primary documentation processing: systematization and software reflection of received invoices, acceptance-transfer acts, and other documents.
• Banking and cash operations: daily processing of bank statements, recording of cash flow, and control of balances.
• Recording of expenses and income: accurate reflection of the company's operational expenses and revenue from sales in the program.
• Report organization: clarification of accounting reports and participation in the "month-end closing" process.
• Working with the RS.GE portal: management of invoices and bills.
• Tax declarations: participation in the declaration process and preparation of necessary information (income tax, VAT, etc.).
• Documentation of products to be written off from the warehouse and reflection in the program;
• Registration of new counterparties.
• Correction of documentation, provision of debt documentation to counterparties.
• Monitoring of balances.
• Comparison of documents of operations performed during the day.

Qualification requirements:

• Education: higher education (or a student of the final year) in accounting, finance, or economics.
• Software knowledge:
• Experience working in ORIS.
• Knowledge and experience with 1C and WMC programs are required.
• Good level of knowledge of MS Excel.
• Practical experience working with RS.GE.

• Legislation: basic knowledge of Georgian tax legislation and accounting standards.

Work schedule: full-time 9:00-18:00; weekends and holidays off; Salary: 1000-1400 GEL (net) (depending on qualifications)
