Main responsibilities:
As a member of the Financial Planning and Analysis team, you will have the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of planning, control, and financing processes in m², analyze various business areas of the company, and collaborate with the FPA leader and other members, providing support in various areas, including:
- Implementation of annual budgeting and forecasting with an understanding of key financial and operational factors;
- Identification and analysis of deviations between financial forecasts and actual results at the end of the reporting period;
- Preparation of ad-hoc reports and analyzes at the request of management;
- Data extraction from various systems and processing;
- Interaction with banks;
Qualification requirements:
- Technical skills: Excel knowledge; good knowledge of accounting and corporate finance;
- Communication (fluent English and Georgian, both verbal and written); effective work under strict deadlines;
- Goal-oriented, motivated, independent thinker and actor;
- 1 year of experience in the relevant field is required;
