Digital Platform Management and Development Service Specialist

LLC "Georgian Melioration" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Process Specialist in the Information Technology Department, Digital Platform Management and Development Service.

Work conditions:

** Full-time: Monday-Friday: 09:00-18:00;

** Probation period: 3 months (paid);

** Salary: to be agreed upon.

Main functions and responsibilities:

** Participation in strategic planning of digital transformation and coordination with relevant departments;

** Monitoring of the implementation of the management methodology introduced in the department;

** Monitoring of current contracts, preparation of all necessary documentation in accordance with established rules;

** Monitoring of amortization of existing computer and peripheral equipment and preparation of all related documentation;

** Participation in departmental budget planning and cost control;

** Preparation of technical documentation for procurement procedures;

** Reporting to the department head and production of documentation;

** Communication with contractor outsourcing companies within the competence of the company's business processes, quality control of performed work, and active involvement in the current process;

** Execution of other official tasks assigned by the General Director, Curator Director, Head of Information Technology Department, Curator on programming issues, and Head of Digital Platform Management and Development Service

Qualification requirements:

** Higher education in Business Administration, Information Technology Administration, Computer Science, or a related field;

** 2 years of experience in digital platform management or development;

** Experience in project management (Agile, Scrum, or similar methodologies);

** Ability to compose technical documentation and analytical thinking;

** Knowledge of English (B2)

** Ability to work under intensive workload conditions;

** Teamwork skills;

** High level of responsibility;

** Organizational/orderliness;

** Ability to write and speak fluently in Georgian;
