Main responsibilities: - Continuous provision of energy resources (electricity, water) to the plant - Technical maintenance of energy systems (transformer substation, water treatment system) - Management, development, and motivation of the plant's electrical team together with the Chief Power Engineer - Technical maintenance and repair of power equipment - Participation in the installation and commissioning of new units - Supervision of contractors' activities - Implementation and management of preventive measures - Integration with engineering systems (pumping and automation systems) - Initiation, development, and implementation of energy efficiency projects to reduce consumption and optimize costs
Candidate profile: - Higher education in energy, electrical engineering, or technical field - Knowledge of 6 kV distribution devices operation - Knowledge and experience of operating transformer substations (6/0.4 kV) - Knowledge of electrical distribution and relay protection systems - Knowledge of diesel generators and UPS operation - Practical experience in implementing energy efficiency projects - Experience working with water treatment systems - Ability to work with technical documentation (schemes, drawings) - Experience in personnel management - Ability to make quick and effective decisions in critical situations - At least 5 years of experience in managing or operating energy infrastructure, including at least 2 years in leadership positions - Fluent in Georgian; knowledge of English and Russian at B1+ level - Effective communication skills
