Position Purpose: The primary goal of the Problem Asset Officer's activities is to resolve virtual overdue loans, which is expressed in protecting the organization's interests by interacting with borrowers and guarantors on behalf of the organization to repay/pay off loans.

Main Duties: - Conduct interviews with virtual overdue loan borrowers and their guarantors/sureties in accordance with the organization's policy; - Ensure the resolution of virtual overdue loans; - Coordinate activities with the Junior Lawyer for Problem Asset Management and, if necessary, with the Regional Lawyer; - Make maximum efforts to repay virtual overdue loans, visit problem borrowers and guarantors, make phone calls, and negotiate with difficult clients; - Periodically visit clients at their place of residence - Present the results of the work done and report to the Problem Loan Manager (PD); - Manage >30-day virtual overdue loans of the active loan portfolio of the branch with clients, guarantors, and sureties through face-to-face interviews, phone calls, on-site visits, written notifications, and other lawful actions. The Problem Asset Officer (Virtual PD) is responsible for correcting all new client and guarantor data (if technically possible); - Involvement in simplified proceedings; - Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor within the competence.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Higher education (preferably in law or economics) - Desirable experience as a credit expert, problem loan expert, lawyer, executor, or in a relevant field; - Computer skills (high-level knowledge of office programs); - Logical thinking; - Teamwork; - Negotiation and persuasive communication; - Ability to work in stressful situations; - Flexibility regarding working hours;
