Pre-Sales Service Manager

LLC "Pontus Gonia" is announcing a vacancy for the position: Pre-Sales Service Manager.

Job type: Full-time

Work location: According to the candidate's place of residence (Batumi or Tbilisi)

Working hours: 10:00 to 19:00 (with a one-hour break), 5 working days a week.

Main responsibilities:

** Receiving and processing incoming leads of the company;

** Providing primary information about the project, product, and service to a potential investor;

** Identifying customer needs;

** Reflecting information in the CRM system;

** Preparing reports.

Qualification requirements:

** Higher education;

** Mandatory knowledge of English and Russian;

** High-level knowledge of MS Office.

** Analytical thinking;

** Ability to conduct negotiations;

** Planning and organization skills;

** Result-oriented;

** Confidentiality.
