Office Manager

Company "Advisory" is seeking an organized, responsible, and communicative Office Manager in Kutaisi, who, in addition to managing office processes, has accounting knowledge and experience working with relevant programs.

Working hours: 10:00-18:00

Day off: Saturday, Sunday

Remuneration: Fixed

Main responsibilities:

** Organizing daily administrative processes of the office;

** Arranging and controlling documentation;

** Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence;

** Processing invoices, bills and other primary accounting documents;

** Involvement in recording expenses and settlements;

** Coordination with the accountant and preparation of necessary information;

** Communication with employees, suppliers and partners;

** Managing organizational issues necessary for the smooth operation of the office.

Qualification requirements:

** Knowledge of office programs - Word, Excel;

** Knowledge of accounting programs and experience working with them;

** Knowledge of accounting processes and primary documentation;

** Invoices, bills and settlements;

** Knowledge of Russian is essential;

** Work experience.
