Construction Supervisor

Company "Rebuild" is a construction company that has been actively operating since 2013.

We are looking for a new team member - a Construction Supervisor.

Main functions and responsibilities:

• Daily organization and management of construction and repair works
• Organization of construction works and ensuring their execution;
• Production of works according to the plan-schedule;
• Control of the construction process in accordance with project documentation and established norms;
• Accounting for necessary materials and sending requests for procurement;
• Control of quality and quantity of construction materials;
• Analysis of project risks and their prevention;
• Coordination of activities of workers and subcontractors;
• Production of relevant documentation and reporting of performed works;
• Timely resolution of technical issues arising during the construction process;
• Control of quality of performed works;
• Daily production and transmission of reports on performed works to the founder and director, according to the procedure specified by the direct supervisor;

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education in construction/engineering;
• Experience in construction supervision or similar position;
• Knowledge of office programs (MS Office, Autocad, Archicad);
• Ability to read construction drawings;
