Main functions and responsibilities:
- IT infrastructure monitoring online through monitoring systems;
- Analysis of alarms/notifications received from monitoring systems, appropriate response, and escalation to relevant support groups according to established procedures;
- Communication with contractor organizations and support engineers (telephone communication, chat, email);
- Receiving, registering, categorizing, and prioritizing user requests received by phone, email, or chat on the Service Desk portal;
- Monitoring the status of incidents and controlling their resolution process;
- Identifying repeated incidents and providing relevant information in the problem management process;
- Carrying out activities in accordance with the IT processes and ISO standards implemented in the organization.
Professional skills/requirements:
- Basic knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- General knowledge of incident management process is desirable;
- Experience working with monitoring systems (e.g., Zabbix, Nagios, PRTG, or similar) is desirable;
- Experience working with Service Desk systems (Jira, ServiceNow, Freshservice, or similar) is desirable.
Education:
- Higher education;
- Students of professional schools or final-year students will be considered.
Languages: Knowledge of English at a minimum of B1 level.
Work experience: Experience working in the first-line information technology direction is desirable.
