PR Business Partner

"Transcom Group" is seeking an experienced and proactive PR Business Partner to join the marketing team, responsible for developing the company's and brand's corporate communications in Georgia.

"Transcom Group" is looking for a professional in media relations who will be responsible for all areas of corporate communications: interaction with Georgian media and social networks, special projects, and other communication activities.

The main business areas that require communication support are: sellers, buyers, pickup points, fintech, logistics, GR, and other areas.

Key responsibilities:

1. Proactive support for all communication areas of the company in Georgia: external communications, marketing communications, SMM;

2. Regular planning of communications, finding interesting information reasons within the company, and creating relevant content: preparing press releases and other communication formats;

3. Active collaboration with business areas on current topics and problem issues;

4. Working on media requests related to relevant profiles and crisis topics;

5. Preparing key communication messages and theses for speakers;

6. Collaboration with industry associations;

7. Preparing topics, ideas, and content for special projects between international/countries;

8. Regular reporting on work performed.

Requirements:

** More than 3 years of experience in PR in an international company, agency, or media outlet;

** Distinguished by creative thinking, quick reaction, and proactive work approach;

** Experience in managing crisis communications and resolving non-standard situations;

** If necessary, ready to be available 24/7 and work outside working hours;

** Strong copywriting skills - able to create interesting, understandable, and attractive text for readers from any factual material;

** Ability to prepare texts in different styles and for different audiences - both simple and interesting content for a wide audience and professional and business communications for the B2B segment;

** Good knowledge of the Georgian media market and an established professional network of contacts with journalists;

** Ability to effectively pitch news and stories to media without a budget;

** High communication skills, able to quickly find the right contact and establish effective communication with different types of people - journalists, buyers, sellers, industry experts, or company speakers;

** Ready for dynamic and high-paced work, quickly getting involved in new topics, and understanding key business indicators and processes;

** Knowledge of Georgian and Russian languages at a conversational and written level.
