Cashier-Consultant

The book network "Libra" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Cashier-Consultant in Tbilisi at 2 locations: V. Pshavela 30b; Didi Dighomi, F. King St. 1

Desirable:

** At least 1 year of experience working in a leading position in the field of book sales

** Knowledge of computer programs: MS Word, MS Excel, Google email

We are looking for communicative, active and motivated candidates who want to work in the field of book sales.

Qualification requirements:

** Graduate or student of any bachelor's or master's program

** At least 1 year of experience working in the field of sales/customer service is desirable

** Knowledge of office programs

** Knowledge of English is desirable.

** Knowledge of cash register and terminal is desirable.

Main requirements:

** Receiving incoming calls and responding accordingly

** Interested and attracting potential customers

** Managing administrative and technical issues of the branch, according to job instructions

** Introducing and offering products/services to potential customers

** Informing existing customers about discounts and other promotions

** Constantly caring about customer satisfaction and loyalty

** Fulfilling sales plans.

Additional requirements:

The candidate must have the following knowledge/experience:

** Telephone communication etiquette

** Customer relationship

** Knowledge of sales techniques

Remuneration: from 900 to 1200 GEL, a bonus scheme is in effect every month, in addition to a fixed salary.
