Infrastructure Project Management Manager

LLC "United Airports of Georgia" is announcing a competition for the position of Infrastructure Project Management Manager.

Work location: Tbilisi.

Remuneration: 6220 GEL (Gross).

Type of employment: Full-time.

The company's legal form is a Limited Liability Company. The company was established in accordance with the Georgian Law on Entrepreneurs.

LLC "United Airports of Georgia" is a 100% state-owned company that operates within the system of the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia.

The company's main function is to manage, supervise, develop and ensure the appropriate infrastructure and aviation security of the existing civil airports in Georgia.

At this stage, the company operates three airports in Georgia. These are: David the Builder Kutaisi International Airport; Tamara Mepe Airport in Mestia and Ambrolauri Airport.

Job responsibilities:

** Participation in the development and review processes of construction projects, as well as development of projects, conclusions, results and correspondence within the scope of competence;

** Use, maintenance and storage of the material and technical base of the service;

** Participation in the development of annual reports on the work performed by the service;

** Preparation and provision of relevant information to direct management regarding infrastructure project management events;

** Participation in the preparation of internal regulations, provisions, guidelines, procedures and instructions related to infrastructure project management processes;

** Participation in planning the construction of new infrastructure, reconstruction and/or modernization of existing infrastructure;

** Participation in the development of the company's infrastructure development plan;

** Periodic monitoring and analysis of the condition and functioning of existing infrastructure within the scope of competence;

** Timely and organized management of planning activities for infrastructure development (design, consulting and other services; construction, installation, capital repair works; elimination of defects in performance; acceptance and transfer of performance; commissioning and other necessary organizational activities);

** Compilation of technical assignments for infrastructure development works, services and goods;

** Participation in the preparation of documentation for obtaining necessary permits, consents and licenses for infrastructure development;

** Organization of constant supervision and quality control of infrastructure development works and services, preparation of acts, protocols and other relevant documents on identified shortcomings and defects;

** Ensuring the elimination of delays and identified defects in the process of implementing infrastructure development activities;

** Planning and implementation of relevant actions for the completion of infrastructure development works or services and ensuring the preparation and signing of relevant documentation;

** Identification of improper or untimely execution of infrastructure projects and initiation of relevant actions;

** Ensuring the preparation of information on infrastructure development works, related activities and other issues within his competence in the form requested by management;

** Performance of other tasks assigned by management within the scope of competence.

Qualification requirements:

** Higher education in engineering.

** At least 2 years of experience in building planning, construction, and/or supervision.

** Knowledge of aerodrome/heliport design and operation technical regulations and construction norms, standards, and legislation is desirable.

** Languages: English - B2.

** Computer programs: Office software / AutoCAD.
