The Special Education Teacher at "Millennium School":

• Actively collaborates with the school psychologist, subject teachers, class teachers, and parents to ensure student support tailored to their individual needs;
• Participates in the development, implementation, and periodic assessment of the Individual Learning Plan (ILP), and plans appropriate interventions as needed;
• Adapts learning resources and activities according to students' individual needs and abilities;
• Provides consultations to subject teachers on implementing inclusive teaching strategies and effective learning approaches;
• Promotes the full inclusion of students with special educational needs in both the learning process and various school projects and activities;
• Monitors students' academic, social, and behavioral development, maintains relevant documentation, and systematically assesses progress;
• Supports the development of students' independence, self-regulation, social skills, and self-confidence;
• Actively participates in the school's professional development programs, introduces modern approaches to inclusive education, and shares experiences;
• Contributes to the development of an inclusive culture in the school, where each student feels safe, accepted, and valued.

Qualification Requirements:

• Higher education in Special Education, Psychology, Education, or a related field;
• Experience working with students with special educational needs is desirable;
• Experience working with school-age students is desirable;
• Knowledge of modern approaches and practices in inclusive education;
• Ability to work in a team, effective communication, and collaboration;
• High sense of responsibility, empathy, and desire for professional development.
