Main responsibilities:
Coordination of designers, correct distribution of work, and control over the execution of projects; Assistance to the customer in interior planning, in accordance with the legislation and requirements existing in Georgia; Development and coordination of the design of common use spaces on the object; Supervision of current projects on the object in the design part, quick analysis of defects if necessary, provision of recommendations, or project correction; Processing and verification of architectural drawings for apartments and common use spaces; Extraction/processing of volumes and other necessary information from working documentation; Selection of repair materials if necessary, processing of specifications.
Mandatory qualification requirements:
Higher professional education (with a qualification of interior designer and/or architect); Work experience in the field of design and/or architecture.
Necessary knowledge and skills:
Architectural programs: Professional knowledge of ArchiCAD; Intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD and Excel; Knowledge of Revit, 3D Max, and Adobe Photoshop will be considered an advantage; Working knowledge of English and Russian languages; Time management skills; Attention to detail; Ability to share team responsibility and support; Ability to identify and analyze problems; Flexibility towards changes.
