The company "m²" announces a vacancy for the position of Architect.

Main responsibilities:

• Initial analysis of the project territory for the primary financial model, study of the current situation, and assessment of compliance with urban planning parameters;
• Development of the project or correction of the existing one, in accordance with the legislation and requirements existing in Georgia;
• Checking the project drawings, quick analysis of defects if necessary, and providing relevant recommendations, or correcting the project;
• Processing working documentation or checking / correcting existing documentation;
• Determining the compliance of constructive, architectural, and engineering drawings;
• Submitting permit documentation to relevant authorities and obtaining permits, or active involvement in the process (including controlling deadlines);
• Preparation of renderings and photomontage necessary for obtaining permits or for the initial sketch project;
• Providing areas and technical support to the finance department to create a business model using GBA, K2, NSA;
• Preparation / delivery of complete project documentation necessary for the tender to the purchasing department and technical support;
• Delivery of project materials to the construction team and technical support;
• Analysis of project corrections, assessment of compatibility with the financial model, and implementation of necessary changes;
• Preparation of documentation necessary for operation;
• Supervision of current projects on-site if necessary.

Qualification knowledge and skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture;
• At least 3 years of experience in the relevant position;
• Knowledge of graphic programs (Archicad / Autocad / Revit / 3D Max or other programs required for rendering);
• Working-level knowledge of English and Russian;
• Time management skills;
• Ability to share team responsibilities and provide support;
• Ability to identify and analyze problems;
• Effective written and verbal communication skills;
• Flexibility towards changes.
