Junior Lawyer

The "Biodiesel Georgia" Holding announces a vacancy for the position of Junior Lawyer.

Rate: Full-time

Remuneration: To be agreed upon

Work location: Tbilisi

Function and responsibilities:

• Legal support for the activities of the company's structural units;
• Timely confirmation/fulfillment of tasks received in the legal department, control of deadlines, and feedback with partner companies;
• Preparation of various types of contracts, as well as participation in their legal review, evaluation, signing, and systematization;
• Organization and management of the company's internal legal documentation: preparation of letters, orders, statutes, acts, instructions, complaints, and other necessary legal projects required by the company (ensuring the preparation, production, and organization of documents in accordance with the rules of document flow);
• Representation in the National Public Registry Agency and other state structural organizations, as needed by the company;
• Timely informing of senior executives about changes in the legislative base;
• Fulfillment of legal tasks/assignments given by the company and direct supervisor within the limits of job competence.

Basic qualification requirements:

• Higher legal education;
• Experience in a similar position;
• Knowledge of administrative, labor, entrepreneurial, and civil legislation;
• High-level knowledge of Georgian and legal English (with fluent verbal and written skills);
• Good knowledge of office programs (MS Office) is mandatory;
• Membership in the Georgian Bar Association with a specialization in civil law (will be considered an advantage).

Personal skills: ability to negotiate, effective time management, ability to work in a stressful situation, organization, communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
