Main duties and responsibilities:

** Collection, processing, and analysis of financial data in various contexts (revenues, expenses);

** Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and budgets;

** Monitoring budget performance, comparing actual results with the budget, and analyzing deviations;

** Preparation of financial forecasts, cash flow forecasts, and various scenario analyses;

** Sales analysis in various contexts (branch, channel, product, client);

** Inventory analysis - inventory levels, turnover, excess/deficit positions;

** Control and reporting of cost accounting;

** Preparation of periodic reports from the database and production of reports;

** Automation and standardization of reporting, creation and management of visual financial dashboards;

** Participation in the development of budget and strategic financial plans and presentation to management;

** Offering own vision and initiatives for managing financial and operational processes.

Qualification requirements:

** Higher education in finance, business administration, economics, data analytics, or a related field;

** At least 2 years of work experience in financial and/or business analysis (FP&A, business analytics) or a similar position;

** Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (complex formulas, Pivot, data modeling);

** Ability to prepare data visualizations and dashboards;

** Knowledge of basic accounting and financial statements;

** Georgian language - fluent; English language - working level.

Work schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday: 10:00-19:00 (1-hour break);

Remuneration: will be discussed individually based on the candidate's qualifications.

Workplace: Tbilisi, Isani, G. Lortkhipanidze 83.
