IT Change Manager

SOCAR Energy Georgia LLC is announcing a vacancy for an IT Change Manager position in Tbilisi.

Location: Tbilisi, 300 Aragveli N24;

Schedule: Full-time / Part-time

Main functions and responsibilities:

** Managing and administering the full cycle of IT change management processes in accordance with ITIL best practices and internal policies;

** Reviewing, assessing, and prioritizing change requests (RFCs);

** Organizing and chairing Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Emergency Change Advisory Board (ECAB) meetings;

** Assessing the risk, impact, and business justification of proposed changes, including technical feasibility and back-out plans;

** Coordinating the change schedule with other planned changes to avoid conflicts;

** Monitoring changes throughout their entire life cycle (preparation, assessment, approval, implementation, review, closure);

** Reporting on change trends and KPIs to leadership;

** Close collaboration with incident, problem, and release management teams to ensure integrated ITSM processes;

** Administering the change management module in the ITSM tool (e.g., ManageEngine, Jira Service Management).

Requirements:

** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;

** Minimum 2 years of work experience in IT service management;

** ITIL Foundation certificate;

** Practical experience in chairing CAB meetings and assessing change risks;

** Knowledge of ITSM tools (preferably ManageEngine);

** ITIL Foundation certificate; ITIL Practitioner/Intermediate certificate (desirable);

** Cloud certificate (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or GCP Professional DevOps Engineer) will be considered an advantage;

** Experience with Agile/Scrum and Kubernetes administration;
