Job Responsibilities: - Supervise formwork, reinforcement, and concrete works on-site; - Control the compliance of performed works with approved drawings, specifications, and ACI / EN requirements; - Conduct inspections before concrete pouring and prepare relevant documentation; - Coordinate subcontractors and work brigades on daily structural works; - Report progress, deviations, and on-site issues to the Construction Manager; - Control labor safety norms in the work zone.
Qualification Requirements: - Higher education in Civil Engineering or Structural Construction; - Experience in high-rise building construction (at least 1-2 completed projects); - Good knowledge of ACI and EN standards; - At least 4 years of experience in structural works on-site; - Working knowledge of English for communication purposes; - Ability to read and interpret structural drawings.
