Job description:

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist with enthusiasm and professionalism who will help our customers resolve all relevant issues. You will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, meeting their needs, and improving service quality.

Working schedule: Shifts

Key responsibilities:

• Providing effective and timely responses to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat
• Quick and effective resolution of customer problems
• Collaboration with various departments

Requirements and skills:

• Problem-solving and communication skills
• Teamwork skills
• Energetic and positive attitude
• Computer skills (office programs)
• High-level knowledge of Georgian and English (knowledge of Russian is desirable)
