Post-Sales Service Manager

Company "Archi" is a leading development company in Georgia, established in 2006. We have successfully completed 55 projects and currently have 33 ongoing constructions in Georgia.

We are looking for a Post-Sales Service Manager at "Archi" and their responsibilities will include:

** Ensuring the smooth operation of the service process, discussing and resolving problematic issues; ** Identifying the customer's set requirements/problems, redirecting them to relevant structural units, and monitoring the timely execution of the request; ** Coordinating the development/modification of the apartment layout requested by the customer - providing information to the architect and agreement between parties; ** Ensuring various documentation, including changes to the payment schedule; ** Timely informing the customer about news and changes; ** Reflecting customer data in the database and CRM; ** Generating new ideas to improve the service process.

Qualification requirements:

** Higher education; ** At least 1 year of work experience in the service sector is required; ** English language skills at a communicative level are required; ** Knowledge of Microsoft Office at a user level is desirable.
