Cost Estimator

The company is announcing a vacancy for the position of Cost Estimator (Construction Cost Estimation Inspector).

Job type: Full-time;

Workplace: Tbilisi, A. Kazbegi st. N24g;

Remuneration: To be agreed.

Main tasks:

** Check the compliance of cost estimation documentation with current regulatory norms and their correctness;

** Check the compliance of cost estimation rules: labor costs, machine and equipment costs, and other norms;

** Check the compliance of material prices, construction resource prices for the corresponding period, and market prices if necessary;

** Check the percentage of overhead costs and planned profit;

** If the customer requires the cost estimation to comply with / inspect the project, check it against the presented project documentation;

** Check the specifications of the presented project materials;

** Check the volume calculations based on the specifications;

** Analyze the cost estimation project, construction organization project, and technological part of the project and perform checks;

** Prepare inspection reports.

Qualification requirements:

** Master's or equivalent academic degree in construction, economics, and / or business administration;

** At least 5 years of work experience as a construction cost estimator or construction cost estimation inspector or technical manager;

** In-depth knowledge of relevant legislative and regulatory acts;

** Computer skills: knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

** Teamwork skills;

** High sense of responsibility.
