Coordinator

The Grand Electronics network of tech stores is announcing a vacancy for a Coordinator position.

Location: Kutaisi, Chavchavadze N2 (Urban Mall);

Schedule: Full-time

Main functions and responsibilities:

** Description and control of store and warehouse balances;

** Control of price indicators and code entry;

** Control of equipment placement, layout, price indicators, codes, inventory, installations, and other technical aspects in the store;

** Proper arrangement of products in the warehouse and daily control of the warehouse;

** Production of cash operations in the branch

** Visual inspection of items leaving the store and ensuring timely packaging;

** Receipt and description of products arriving at the store according to the invoice and software confirmation if necessary;

** Complete technical control of the store, in coordination with the manager;

** Communication with customers regarding item delivery, address clarification, and any problematic issues;

** Activation of addresses on RS;

** Reflection of item and/or address changes.

Qualification requirements:

** Higher education;

** High-level proficiency in office programs;

** Knowledge of English, Russian, or other languages is desirable;

** Experience working with 1C software will be considered an advantage;

** Experience working in a similar position will be considered an advantage.
