The company "ILARIA" is looking for a Brand and Creative Marketing Manager for a partner company:

MAVA, the official representative of premium and international fashion brands in Georgia, including Emporio Armani, Zadig & Voltaire, Armani Exchange, and New Trend, is seeking a Brand Manager who, in addition to qualifications, has an interest in the fashion industry and a desire to develop in this direction.

We are looking for a person responsible for developing MAVA's brand marketing and creative direction, who can not only implement existing plans but also create new, distinctive, and memorable ideas. We are looking for someone who can create non-standard, modern, and memorable campaigns and collaborations.

Conditions:

**Work format: full-time, onsite

**Work schedule: Monday to Friday

**Number of vacant positions: 1

**Remuneration: according to qualifications and experience

Main functions and responsibilities:

**Developing and implementing brand and creative marketing strategies;

**Communicating with international brands and their head offices, and managing the annual marketing plan;

**Planning and implementing creative campaigns, brand activities, and collaborations;

**Planning and managing photo and video shoots, and content creation;

**Creating a social media and content strategy, as well as its calendar;

**Planning and implementing influencer collaborations;

**Planning and implementing PR events - events, collection presentations, and other events;

**Developing local premium and fashion company collaborations and partnerships;

**Constantly monitoring and analyzing international brands and fashion trends;

**Collaborating with the Digital Marketing Manager in developing CRM strategies, joint marketing campaigns, and content direction.

Requirements and necessary skills:

** At least 5 years of experience in brand marketing, fashion marketing, or creative marketing;

** Knowledge of fashion and international fashion brands;

** Experience in creating creative campaigns;

** Experience in planning creative collaborations and events;

** Experience in managing a team and external partners;

** High-level English language skills.

** Experience working in the fashion, premium/luxury retail, premium banking, beauty, automotive, or other premium segments will be considered a significant advantage.
