Security Officer

We are inviting a Security Officer to join our team, who will ensure direct communication with guests and combine reliable security with proactive hospitality and operational support.

Responsibilities and duties: - Monitoring the hotel's territory and identifying operational, safety, and security risks. - Professionally greeting guests and providing a visible point of first aid if necessary. - Supporting luggage movement and guest movement in case of operational needs and within the position's defined limits. - Assisting guests with orientation, providing information about the hotel, allowing access to the territory, and resolving other practical requirements. - Supporting the Front Office and other departments during busy periods, mass arrivals and departures of guests, and operational disruptions. - Assisting in managing the flow of people during events, regulating vehicle traffic at entrances, and supporting other operational situations. - Supporting VIP guests, groups, and special events according to assigned tasks. - Ensuring emergency evacuation, fire safety, and business continuity procedures. - Conducting hotel territory rounds and identifying and resolving existing issues; - Segmenting guest requests as needed and transferring them to the relevant department; - Monitoring the introduction of prohibited items onto the hotel territory; - Ensuring compliance with security standards; - Supporting access control, key management, incident recording, and hotel asset protection processes. - Periodically inspecting security systems, equipment, and mechanisms, and regularly ensuring their proper functioning; - Reacting immediately to any violations. - Providing factual and accurate information during shift handover and transferring unresolved issues to senior management.

Requirements: - Work experience in a similar field - Conversational knowledge of English and Russian, knowledge of other foreign languages will be considered an advantage - Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations; - Ability to identify problems and provide information about them to the appropriate person; - High sense of responsibility; - Ability to identify and analyze problems; - Attention to detail and organization; - Teamwork skills; - Ability to work in shifts
