About the position The Credit Officer is a financial partner of Microbank "Kristali" customers - a company representative who listens to their needs and, in accordance with the principles of assessing their financial needs and responsible lending, offers reasonable solutions, which in turn contributes to the growth and quality of the company's credit portfolio. The Credit Officer represents the company in customer relationships and builds trust-based, long-term relationships.

Key responsibilities: - Processing/issuance of microloans, including agro, business, and consumer loans; - Searching for potential customers; - Offering credit and non-credit products to existing and potential customers; - Filling out applications and registering customers in the relevant program; - Analyzing received information; - Assessing loan collateral; - Submitting processed information to the committee, familiarizing with the decision, and ensuring the loan issuance process; - Organizing and storing documentation related to customers; - Monitoring and controlling the targeted use of issued loans; - Controlling customer payments according to the schedule; - Working on overdue loans and ensuring repayment; - Caring about the growth and quality of the credit portfolio.

Required qualifications and requirements: - Experience working in a similar position (will be considered an advantage); - Knowledge of financial mathematics, basic accounting (desirable); - Adequate level of knowledge of the small business and regional customer market; - Basic knowledge of computer office programs; - Analytical thinking skills; - Persuasive communication skills; - Organized and result-oriented; - Ability to work in a team and individually;
