Job vacancy: Warehouse Manager

Work schedule: 09:30 - 18:30 Working days: Monday to Friday

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education is desirable;
• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial position in the warehouse field;
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory, and inventory processes;
• Experience in managing employees and organizing work processes;
• High sense of responsibility and organization;
• Attention to detail;
• Ability to identify and solve problems in a timely manner;
• Effective communication skills with the team;
• Knowledge of office programs;
• Knowledge of warehouse/ERP programs will be considered an advantage.

Main functions and responsibilities:

• Correct distribution of work time and tasks to employees;
• Management of work processes in the warehouse, control of sanitary conditions, and ensuring that employees under his/her supervision comply with regulations (working hours, uniforms, personal and warehouse hygiene);
• Ensuring the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse area;
• Control of employees' compliance with environmental, labor, and fire safety norms;
• Proper planning and use of warehouse space and monitoring of products in the warehouse (quantity, condition, correct layout);
• Organization of inventory, receipt, storage, loading, and unloading of goods;
• Working according to the FIFO principle (issuance of products with expiration date control);
• Control of product expiration dates;
• Planning logistics and controlling deliveries within the scope of competence;
• Working according to HACCP standards, filling out documentation, and adhering to rules;
• Periodic inventory of the warehouse;
• Organization and control of safe product storage;
• Control of documentation necessary for cargo movement during receipt and issuance;
• Control and replenishment of inventory;
• Management of defective products;
• Participation in the inventory process of material assets;
• Identification and registration of any problems related to or hindering the work process;
• Performance of other tasks assigned by the employer as needed, which will support and assist the company in all areas of activity.
