Work location: Tbilisi, Nutsubidze 129a; Work schedule: Full-time, hybrid.

Your role in "TNET":

• Provide qualified consultations to customers, offering detailed information while adhering to procedurally outlined standards;
• Respond to incoming calls and make outgoing calls if necessary to address customer requests;
• React to and respond to messages from email and other communication sources, providing technical assistance when needed;
• In case of a problem, explore all possible alternatives and offer a tailored solution/alternative to the customer;

• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Georgian;
• Experience in a similar position is desirable;
• You are proficient in office software;
• You have conversational English skills.
