Our offer and working conditions:

** Remuneration: average total remuneration - up to 1000-1200 GEL

** Work schedule: on average 10 days a month

• 16-hour shift (every 4 days) 18:00-10:00; 100 GEL

• 24-hour shift (weekends, 2 times a month; if holidays coincide with the shift) 10:00-10:00; 24 hours - 150 GEL

Your main functions will be:

** Responding to customer calls and messages with high service standards

** Patient registration and coordination of relevant medical brigades

** Providing customers with information about company services

** Accurate recording of information in the database

** Operational and professional management of customer dissatisfaction or problems;

** Performance of other functions defined by instructions.

** Effective communication with other company departments for information exchange and quick problem resolution

It is necessary that:

** You have a good command of English

** You know office programs at a medium level

We will be glad if:

** You know Russian at a communicative level

** You have experience in customer service or working in a call center

** You have a higher education in the medical field or are a medical student
