LLC "Skytel" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Installer

Job location - Gori

Supervision - Coordinator

Working hours - Monday to Friday; 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM,

Saturday 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Probation period - 6 months (paid)

Additional requirements - The candidate must have their own vehicle (the company covers fuel expenses and vehicle depreciation)

Function - Responsibilities:

**Installation of radio, optical internet, and IPTV services;

**Analysis and elimination of problems during the installation of internet and IPTV products and/or technical issues, within the scope of competence;

**Scheduling a visit with the customer based on the task received from the coordinator and planning the work route;

**Correcting tasks in the software database, managing the execution status;

**Accurate write-off of consumables and transfer to the customer programmatically;

**Control of inventory and consumable stock;

**Familiarization with current news in the company, in-depth study of existing and new products;

**Participation in the orientation program and training of new employees, if necessary;

**Fulfillment of other tasks assigned by the supervisor within the scope of competence.

Responsibilities:

**Customer and service-oriented approach;

**High-quality, timely, and professional performance of assigned tasks;

**Compliance with company rules and procedures;

**Maintenance and storage of temporarily transferred material and technical means.

Qualification requirements:

**Desirable higher/professional-technical education in information technology and/or telecommunications;

**Desirable experience working in a similar position

**Proficiency in the Georgian language,

**Basic knowledge of operating systems and computer networks;

Skills/Abilities:

**Ability to work with maps, orientation in location;

**Communicative;

**Attentive to details;

**Analytical and problem-solving skills (within competence);

**Time management skills;
