"Rustar Online" is a tourist company operating in Georgia, partnering with "Rustar Tourism", one of the largest tourist companies based in Dubai.

"Rustar Online" is announcing a vacancy for a Procurement/Logistics Specialist position.

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out any type of procurement across the company.
• Updating the supplier base and maintaining relationships with partners.
• Preparing order documentation, concluding contracts, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies.
• Monitoring deliveries, producing procurement-related documentation and reports.
• Basic knowledge of procurement processes, supplier selection, and contracting.
• Proficiency in office software (MS Office - Excel, Word, Outlook); experience working with ERP or inventory systems will be considered an advantage.
• Inventory management.
• Creating and regularly updating an asset and inventory database.
• Procurement activities - mainly in the IT direction, but also in other general procurements.

Requirements:

• 1 year of work experience in a similar position;
• Very good knowledge of English.

• Working days: 5 days a week; 2 days of rest.
• Competitive remuneration (dependent on experience);
• Candidate selection will be based on interviews.
