Main functions and responsibilities

Qualification Requirements:
A Master's degree in Medicine or Public Health is required; a state certificate in a medical specialty is desirable; A certificate of completion of an accredited Clinical Manager course; At least 3 years of experience in a leadership position at a medical institution; At least 3 years of experience in a managerial/leadership position at a medical institution;
Necessary Knowledge:
Knowledge of the legislation and regulatory requirements in the healthcare sector of Georgia; knowledge of international quality and accreditation standards is an advantage. Principles of clinical governance and patient safety; Clinical guidelines, protocols, and principles of evidence-based medicine; Basic methods of clinical audit, case review, and assessment of clinical outcomes; Requirements for medical documentation; Knowledge of English at the level of professional literature and documentation; MS Office programs.
