Main Responsibilities - Teaching Georgian language and literature to students in grades IX-XII, taking into account the standards of national exams. - Providing knowledge to applicants in accordance with the requirements of national exams. - Developing and adapting teaching materials according to individual needs. - Correcting students' papers using the criteria applied in national exams. - Monitoring, evaluating, and providing feedback on students' academic progress. - Effective communication with the administration regarding students' development. - Implementing subject and educational innovations in the teaching process.

Mandatory Requirements and Skills - Master's degree in Georgian philology or a related field. - At least 5-10 years of experience as a Georgian language teacher. - Knowledge of modern teaching methodologies and the ability to apply them. - High communication and teamwork skills. - Innovative and creative approach to the educational process.
