We are looking for a Cook/Commis to join our team and contribute to creating high-quality culinary experiences for our guests.

This position is ideal for a motivated candidate who wants to develop professionally, gain new knowledge and experience, collaborate effectively with the team, and actively participate in ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen.

The responsibilities and main job functions of the Cook/Commis include:

Providing constant professional, friendly, and proactive service to guests while collaborating effectively with colleagues and supporting them.

Preparing and serving all dishes and food products for à la carte and/or buffet menus according to hotel recipes and standards.

Actively sharing ideas and opinions during daily briefing sessions.

Ensuring correct rotation of products in all refrigerators to minimize waste and risk of product spoilage.

Ensuring accuracy and compliance of products requested from the warehouse.

Having thorough knowledge of all menu dishes, daily specials, and current promotions.

Ensuring cleanliness and proper condition of workspaces, kitchen inventory, and equipment.

Adhering to kitchen policies, procedures, and service standards.

Ensuring full compliance with safety, hygiene, and sanitary norms during food preparation and handling.

Performing other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

Experience working in a kitchen is considered an advantage.

Basic knowledge of food preparation and hygiene standards.

Ability to collaborate effectively and coordinately with team members.
